We are seeking to fill one of our key paid roles - the Programs Director. We're looking for someone with passion and drive to continue to develop Embrace Education and the management, organisational and communication skills to support the organisation.
 
The successful applicant will manage Embrace’s volunteer recruitment, training and support processes at Monash University and coordinate the Individual and In-School Tutoring Programs. Additionally, the Programs Director will work closely with Embrace Education’s volunteer committees to guide the strategic direction and sustainable development of the organisation. The role would be perfect for those with the time and energy to commit to Embrace Education’s values and principles and the desire to gain invaluable experience in the community sector.
